On-site registration will open on Wednesday May 14 at 08.30. Those registering as Press must provide one of the following:

• A letter of assignment from the news organisation being represented
• Press identification such as an international press pass
• A business card issued by a recognised news organisation

Freelance journalists are to provide professional credentials in addition to a letter of assignment.

Registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Payments must be in Euros using one of the following options:

• Credit card - Visa and Mastercard payments can be completed during online registration. Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat

• Cancellations received prior to 1st February 2008 will receive a full refund less a €100 administration fee

• Cancellations received after 1st February 2008 will not be refunded

• The Committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances Substitute delegates will be accepted but must be advised in writing.

Refund Policy

Any claims for refunds must be submitted to the Congress Secretariat by 31st September 2008

Letters of Invitation/Visa

Letters of Invitation to assist with Visa applications can be provided by the Congress Secretariat once the following information has been provided:

• Registration confirmation number

• Proof of payment of fees

• Full name

• Home address

• Work address

• Date of birth

• Passport number                                            

If you require a letter of invitation please contact the Congress Secretariat.  Letters of invitation will not be issued after Monday 31 March 2008.
